20% Bonus Promotion T&Cs

These are the standard Terms and Conditions for a Limited time 20% Deposit bonus available to Masari Capital LLC Clients.

1. Deposit reward promotion is valid between the ‘valid from’ and ‘valid to’ dates, or for the specified number of bonuses communicated in each promotional email sent from the broker to the customer.
2. Only Masari Capital LLC traders located in the Philippines can benefit from the Deposit Bonus Promotion, which will be available after entering through the specific URL related to the campaign.
3. The Deposit Bonus Promotion will be sent as a credit amount on the Client’s MT4 account. Said amount will be released from said credit account by engaging in a minimum level of trading.
4. Each Client can claim the Deposit Bonus Promotion on a deposit over $100 (one hundred) that has not been used to claim any other reward of any other available promotion.
5. Only trading volume in Forex pairs, Metals, and Cryptos are accounted for calculation of the trading volume for the Deposit and Trade Bonus. The rest of the instruments are excluded.
6. The Deposit Bonus offered is 20% (twenty) of the deposited amount and the maximum Deposit Reward is $5000 (five thousand)  (or equivalent) per Client. After successfully making a transfer of funds, the Client will receive the Deposit Bonus in his or her respective MT4 account.
7. The Deposit Bonus will be issued as Credit into the MT4 account within 72 hours of transfer.
8. Eligible Clients will receive the Deposit Bonus on every deposit made into their account within 30 days. No bonus will be received on Subsequent Deposits.
9. To transfer a Deposit Bonus from the credit account into balance the Client has to trade at least 1 standard lot per $5 of the Deposit Bonus transferred.
10. If the account balance has returned to $0, or any funds are withdrawn before the required amount of lots has been traded, the remaining Deposit Bonus will be removed from the credit.
11. Any part of the Deposit Bonus can be withdrawn once the total of lots required to withdraw the entire Deposit Bonus has been traded.
12. Only after the required number of lots has been reached to transfer all Credit to Balance, will the promotional funds become the property of the Client. Any Credit on the account remains the Property of the Brand until such time.
13. If the equity in the account is less than or equal to the credit amount, all remaining credit will be removed from the account, which may result in trades being stopped out.
14. Masari Capital LLC reserves the right to change the terms of the Deposit Bonus campaign or cancel it at any time.
15. Masari Capital LLC reserves the right to disqualify any Client if there exists any suspicion of misuse or abuse of fair rules of the Deposit Bonus or Terms and Conditions.
