What happens if Investors join the Default Offer prior of the Money Manager setting it up?

When a Money Manager creates a fund, a default offer is created which they will then need to amend to their preferred values in terms of fees paid by Investors.

If an Investor happens to join the Default offer prior to the Money Manager amending their values, the Money Manager can set their offer to private mode in order to prevent further Investors from joining.
