Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) has been implemented as a mandatory authentication process to ensure the security of our clients’ accounts.
When you are registering a new account, go through the sign-up process, and log in, a notification will pop-up stating that you will need to set up 2FA using an Authenticator app, your Email, or via SMS.
If you are an existing customer and have not logged in since we updated the system, you will be asked to set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
